Bookcase Storage Cabinet Set with LED Lighting and Glass Doors-Natural

The Homsee Bookcase Storage Cabinet Set with Drawers measures 94.5" W × 16.5" D × 92.5" H when the cabinets stand side by side. It combines the 63" Storage Cabinet with Open Shelves and Drawers and the 31.5" 2-Door Glass Display Cabinet with 3 Drawers.

Plan for a wall at least 94.5" wide, plus a little breathing room at each end. A standard 8-foot (96") ceiling leaves about 3.5" above the cabinets for a built-in look. Some boxes are over 95" long, so measure doorways and stair turns before delivery.

The set works like a built-in library wall:

• Open-shelf cabinet: 10 open, lit compartments with stone-look back panels above a two-door cabinet and 3 drawers
• Glass cabinet: two aluminum-framed tempered glass doors over shelves, with 3 drawers below

That's 6 drawers in total, each about 29.8" wide inside, for books, electronics and everyday essentials, plus open shelves for decor. Tempered glass is much stronger than ordinary glass and, if it breaks, crumbles into small, dull pieces instead of sharp shards.

Each shelf board holds up to 22 lbs and each drawer holds up to 22 lbs, with the weight spread evenly. Shelves are spaced about 14.5" apart, tall enough for vases, framed photos and standing books.

Put heavier items in the drawers and on the lower shelves, keep lighter decor up high, and don't overload any shelf beyond its listed capacity.

LED lighting runs through the display areas, and one remote control turns it on and off and adjusts the brightness. It has natural (5500K), warm (3000K) and low-light settings: warm light brings out the wood grain, and the low setting works as soft night lighting.

Integrated LED lighting highlights details and adds visual interest, and because LEDs give off very little heat, it won't damage heat-sensitive collectibles. The cabinets are listed as UL certified.

Line the cabinets up on a level floor, connect neighboring units with self-tapping screws so the run stays steady, then secure each cabinet to the wall with the included anti-tip hardware. Fix into wall studs or use anchors rated for your wall type.

Install the anchors before you load the shelves. Keep heavier items low, open one drawer at a time, and don't let children climb the shelves or open compartments.

The cabinets ship flat-packed. Assembly takes about 300 minutes in total, using the included hardware plus a pencil, a hammer and a screwdriver. Plan for two people to carry the long boxes and stand each cabinet upright.

Clean the glass doors with a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Wipe the melamine surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and clean up spills promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and excess moisture.

Keep the LED lights and the remote dry, and disconnect power before cleaning around the lights. Dust the shelves weekly, and check and tighten the hardware and the screws between cabinets from time to time.

Both cabinets are made of plywood and MDF in a light Natural Oak wood-grain melamine finish, with textured stone-look back panels in the open compartments and aluminum-framed tempered glass doors. It is engineered wood, not solid wood, and the surfaces resist water, stains, mold and mildew.

The set also comes in a darker Brown finish.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in its original packaging, so keep the boxes until you're sure it's right for you.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund after inspection: $80 per package each way for courier delivery ($160 in total), or $300 per item each way for truck delivery ($600 in total). Furniture bought on homsee.com has a 2-year limited warranty covering materials and manufacturing defects, structural frame parts, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components. Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers and LED lighting are covered for 1 year.
