The Homsee Traditional Entertainment Center with Open Shelves measures 115.5" W × 15" D × 78.7" H and weighs 331.6 lbs, about 9.6 feet of wall. It has a tall bookcase tower on each side and a mantel-style surround in the middle with an open area above it for a TV or art.

At 78.7" tall it fits under a standard 8-foot ceiling with plenty of room for the crown molding. Measure the wall length and check door swings and outlet locations before ordering.

Yes. This version comes without a fireplace insert, but the opening in the mantel surround is 23.6" wide, 23.6" tall and 12.9" deep and is designed for an electric fireplace insert. The Homsee 24-inch Electric Fireplace Insert is 23.6" × 23.6" and 5.9" deep, so it fits the opening and can be added later.

Until then, the opening works as a display niche for candles, stacked books, a basket of throws or a plant. If you add an insert, plug it directly into a wall outlet.

The TV sits in the open area above the mantel, which is about 40.1" tall. You can stand a TV on the mantel top, which holds up to 88 lbs, or wall-mount it in the opening for a cleaner look.

Check that your TV's weight with its stand stays under the 88-lb rating, keep the center of the screen close to seated eye level, secure the TV with anti-tip straps, and run cords behind a bookcase tower or through a cord cover so the wall stays tidy. Unlike a low TV stand, the open towers keep remotes, speakers and media within easy reach.

The same space also works for framed artwork or a mirror if you keep the TV elsewhere.

The two side towers have 10 open shelves in total, five on each side. Each shelf is about 23.6" wide and 11.8" deep with 13.1" of height, which fits standard hardcovers, art books, baskets, plants, framed photos and ceramics.

The symmetrical layout keeps the wall balanced: style both towers the same for a classic built-in look, or keep books on one side and decor on the other. Put heavier books on the lower shelves.

Yes. Anti-tip hardware is included to secure the unit to the wall. At 78.7" tall, it should always be anchored, especially in homes with children or pets.

Fasten the brackets into wall studs where possible, place heavier books on the lower shelves, and don't let children climb the shelves or mantel.

The frame is MDF with a painted finish that resists water, stains, mold and mildew. It's engineered wood, not solid wood, with traditional details: layered crown molding, routed panels on the columns and a thick mantel top.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and blot spills right away. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners and standing water, and use coasters under plants and drinks on the shelves and mantel.

The brown walnut finish gives the unit a warm Traditional and Farmhouse look: symmetrical bookcases, crown molding and a classic mantel surround that reads like a built-in. A darker finish adds depth to light walls and pairs well with leather, cream upholstery and brass or black accents.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in its original packaging, so keep the boxes until you're sure it's right for you.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund after inspection: $80 per package each way for courier delivery ($160 in total), or $300 per item each way for truck delivery ($600 in total).
