How high should I hang a mirror?
On an open wall, center the mirror about 57–60 in from the floor, which is average eye level. Above a dresser or console, leave 6–10 in between the furniture and the bottom of the mirror; above a mantel, about 4–8 in. See how high to hang a mirror.
What size mirror should go above a dresser or console?

How do I hang a heavy mirror safely?
Screw into wall studs wherever you can, use two hanging points so the mirror stays level, and where there is no stud use toggle bolts or heavy-duty anchors rated for well above the mirror's weight. The Nacre weighs about 25 lbs and comes with metal hanging hardware already attached.
Can the Nacre mirror hang vertically?
Yes. It is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting: landscape over a dresser, console, mantel or bathroom vanity, or portrait in a narrow entryway. It measures 39.4 × 23.6 × 1.8 in, with a 33.3 × 17.6 in glass area inside a wide shell-pattern frame.
Does the Relievo mantel come with a fireplace insert?

How much can the mantel top hold?
The mantel top holds up to 110 lbs and is 11.8 in deep, with room for a mirror, framed art, candlesticks and vases. A TV can be wall-mounted above it. Anchor the mantel to the wall before loading it and keep heavy items centered.
How do I decorate a mantel?
Start with one anchor piece centered above, such as a mirror or large art, add height on one or both ends with candlesticks or a vase of branches, then fill in with a few smaller objects in odd numbers. Keep candles away from the edge. See mantel decor ideas.
