The Homsee Storage Cabinet with Flip-Down Doors and 4 Drawers measures 63" W × 19.7" D × 33.9" H, with a full 63" × 19.7" top. It sits on legs with 3.9" of floor clearance, enough for many robot vacuums to clean underneath.

At dresser height it works in a bedroom, under a wall-mounted TV in the living room, or as a sideboard in a dining room. The 19.7" depth sits at the deep end of the 10–20" range typical for living room cabinets, which is what makes room for the large drawers. Measure the wall width, height and depth you have, and allow about 30–36" of clear space in front so the drawers and flip-down doors can open fully.

The flip-down doors open on hinges with support stays and reveal two shallow compartments, handy for remotes, chargers, mail or jewelry boxes. The drawers are 29.9" W × 16.4" D × 9.4" H on the outside, with about 29.2" × 16.4" × 6.2" of usable space inside, sized for folded clothes, bedding, blankets and paperwork.

The top is rated for 250 lbs, and each drawer and shelf board for 35 lbs, with the weight spread evenly. 250 lbs on top is enough for a TV, a lamp and decor together.

Fill the lower drawers first and keep the heaviest folded items at the bottom, which lowers the center of gravity and keeps the drawers gliding smoothly.

The two top fronts are hinged at the bottom and fold down toward you, held level by metal support stays, so the compartment stays open while you reach in. Close them by lifting the door back up until it sits flush with the drawer fronts.

Open one drawer at a time, load the lower drawers first, and don't let children climb on the drawers or the open flip-down doors.

It ships in one large box (67.32" × 24.21" × 33.46", 249.56 lbs), so plan for at least two people to move it, and check that your doorway and hallway can fit the box. Assembly takes about 60 minutes, using the included hardware plus a screwdriver and a wrench.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund after inspection: $80 per package each way for courier delivery ($160 in total), or $300 per item each way for truck delivery ($600 in total).
