Tela Core Wardrobe

The Homsee Tela Core Wardrobe measures 31.5" W × 23.6" D × 77.1" H, a slim two-door footprint that uses wall height instead of floor space. It fits under a standard 8-foot (96") ceiling with about 19" to spare.

At just over 2.5 feet wide, it suits small bedrooms, guest rooms and narrow wall spaces. Leave about 30" of floor in front so the two hinged doors can open fully.

Behind two full-height doors, the Core stacks four storage zones:

• Hanging section with a metal closet rod for shirts, jackets and dresses
• Shelf below the rod for folded sweaters or bags
• Interior drawer for small items
• Open lower compartment about 30.2" W × 22.2" D × 20.8" H for shoes, baskets or folded linens

Like most closet kits it pairs a hanging rod with shelf and drawer storage, and because everything sits behind smooth, flat doors, the front stays clean and clutter stays out of sight.

Yes. The Core wardrobe has 1 interior drawer, located behind the doors just below the hanging section. It is a handy spot for belts, ties, scarves, underwear and other small items you want close to your hanging clothes.

Because the drawer sits inside, the front of the wardrobe stays completely flat and clean, with no exterior drawer fronts. If you prefer 3 exterior drawers, look at the Tela Compact Classic Wardrobe Set.

The interior drawer is rated for 22 lbs, which is plenty for folded T-shirts, underwear, socks, belts, scarves or watches.

Keep the heaviest items, such as storage bins or shoes, in the lower compartment, and avoid overloading the closet rod with dense winter coats packed tightly together. Spreading weight evenly keeps the doors, drawer slides and rod working smoothly for longer.

Yes. At 31.5" wide and 23.6" deep, it takes up about 5 square feet of floor while giving you 77.1" of vertical storage. Choosing a tall, narrow wardrobe is one of the easiest ways to add closet space without crowding a small room.

The light linen-beige, linen-texture finish also helps a tall piece feel less heavy. If you need more space later, add a Tela top cabinet or line up more Tela units alongside.

The wardrobe is built from plywood, particleboard and MDF with aluminum alloy details. Its panels have a linen-beige, textile-grain melamine laminate finish that resists stains.

Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and excess moisture, and dry any spills right away.

Yes. At 77.1" tall and only 23.6" deep, the wardrobe should be secured to the wall after assembly to prevent tipping. Fasten it into a wall stud where possible, or use anti-tip anchors rated for your wall type.

Load the lower sections and drawers first, keep heavy items low, and don't let children climb on open doors, shelves or drawers.

Yes. Tela wardrobes are freestanding, so you get closet-style storage without cutting drywall, mounting closet tracks or making permanent changes to your walls. A built-in closet needs permanent changes to the room; a Tela wardrobe is furniture, so it's a cost-effective option for renters, guest rooms and bedrooms without a closet, and it moves with you.

The Tela Collection is modular, so you can add more units and top cabinets as your clothing collection grows. Its wood-based panels look sturdier and more upscale than metal closet kits with gapped, slatted shelves, and the doors keep clothes dust-free.

It ships flat-packed in 1 box (82.48" × 27.36" × 6.50", 127.54 lbs). The box is long and heavy, so plan for two people to carry it inside.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in its original packaging, so keep the boxes until you're sure it's right for you.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund after inspection: $80 per package each way for courier delivery ($160 in total), or $300 per item each way for truck delivery ($600 in total). Furniture bought on homsee.com has a 2-year limited warranty covering materials and manufacturing defects, structural frame parts, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components. Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers and LED lighting are covered for 1 year.
