Freya Curved Sofa-Terracotta

The Homsee Freya Curved Sofa seats 3 people and has a seat weight capacity of 300 lbs. Its continuous curved seat has no separate cushions or gaps, so it works equally well for three people sitting upright or one person stretching out to lounge.

The gentle curve angles guests slightly toward one another, which makes conversation feel more natural than on a straight sofa.

The Freya is 40.5" deep and 27.5" tall, with a 24.4" deep seat, an 11" back support area and a seat height of about 17.7". The low 27.5" profile keeps sightlines open, which helps a small living room or apartment feel larger.

Before delivery, measure your doorways, hallways and stair turns. The sofa's smallest dimension, its 27.5" height, is usually the one that has to clear the doorway, so check that your door opening is wider than that.

Yes. The seat combines 3060 high-resilience foam with pocket springs, giving a soft surface that rebounds instead of sinking flat. The 24.4" seat depth is deeper than many standard sofas, so there is room to sit cross-legged, tuck your feet up or lie on your side.

The curved backrest provides an 11" support area for the shoulders, neck and head. If you prefer more upright back support, add a lumbar pillow behind you.

The Freya is upholstered in a soft, textured woven fabric over foam and pocket springs, giving it a warm, tactile surface.

To care for it:

• Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust
• Spot clean with a clean, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaner when needed
• Don't soak the upholstery or use bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
• Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to reduce fading

Blot spills right away instead of rubbing, so they don't spread into the weave.

Yes. The Freya has rounded edges and low, soft padding with no hard corners to bump into, and its 27.5" low profile is easy for kids to climb onto. The 300 lbs seat capacity handles everyday family use.

The warm terracotta color and textured weave are more forgiving of everyday dust and light marks than pale upholstery. Textured weaves can still snag on sharp claws, so keep pets' nails trimmed, lay a throw in their favorite spot, and blot spills right away.

A curved sofa works best centered on the room's main sightline, facing a fireplace, TV or window view, or floated in an open-plan space to define the living area without walls.

A curved footprint is less straightforward to plan than a rectangle and needs a little more clearance for traffic flow, so mark its outline on the floor with painter's tape first. If it floats away from the wall, leave about 8–10" behind it for the curve to read clearly, and about 16–18" between the sofa and the coffee table. Round or oval coffee tables echo the Freya's shape; browse options in our living room collection.

Yes. The Freya comes with matching throw pillows in the same upholstery, filled with doll cotton and shredded foam for a soft, cozy feel. They add extra back support along the low curved backrest and finish the look without buying separate cushions.

For a styled look, designers often arrange an odd number of cushions, such as three, along a curved sofa for visual rhythm.

This listing is the Terracotta Freya, a warm, earthy rust tone that works as a color focal point. It pairs well with cream walls, warm wood floors, jute or Persian-style rugs and brass accents, and suits contemporary, modern and organic-inspired living rooms.

The same sofa, with the same dimensions and comfort, also comes in a light Ivory version. See more styles in our sofas collection.
