Find answers about HOMSEE coupon codes, first-order savings and multi-item furniture offers.
Our current offers are 8% off your first order when you subscribe, 5% off an order of 2 or more items, and 10% off an order of 3 or more items. Choose the offer that suits your order and select View Code to reveal your coupon. Only one of these offers can be used per order.
How do I get the 8% first-order discount?
Select View Code on the welcome offer, enter your email address, and check the box to subscribe to HOMSEE marketing emails. This offer is available to subscribed customers who have not placed an order before. Use your subscribed email address at checkout. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
How do I apply a HOMSEE discount code at checkout?
After revealing a coupon, select Copy code. Add your furniture to the cart, proceed to checkout, and paste the code into the discount code field. Apply it and confirm that the discount appears in your order total before completing your purchase. The code must still be valid when you place the order.
Which products qualify for these furniture offers?
These coupon offers apply to all products. For the 5% offer, include at least 2 items in the same order; for the 10% offer, include at least 3. You can choose different products or multiple quantities of the same product. Explore our sofas, dining tables and office desks to plan your order.
How long is my coupon code valid?
Each revealed code is valid for 10 minutes from the time it is issued. The countdown beside your code shows the remaining time. Refreshing the page does not restart the countdown. If the code expires before you place your order, select New code to request a replacement.
What happens when I select New code?
Your previous code for that offer is cancelled before a replacement is issued. Use the newly revealed code at checkout, because the old one will no longer work. Replacing your code does not cancel another shopper's code or your codes for other offers. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, no replacement is issued; please try again.
Can I combine a coupon with another discount?
Yes. These coupon codes can be combined with eligible product discounts, including our current automatic multi-item offers, and eligible shipping discounts. The other discount must also allow the combination. You can use only one of the 8%, 5% or 10% coupon offers per order. They cannot be combined with another order-level discount. Check the final savings shown at checkout.
Can I use the same coupon code more than once?
No. Each code can be redeemed once in total. After it has been used, it cannot be applied to another order. The 8% welcome offer is also limited to your first order, so generating a new code does not make a returning customer eligible for that offer.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Check that the code has not expired, already been used or been replaced by a newer code. Make sure your cart meets the 2-item or 3-item minimum. Use only one of these coupon offers and remove any other order-level discount. Product and shipping discounts must also allow combinations. For the 8% offer, use your subscribed email and confirm that this is your first order. If you still need help, contact HOMSEE customer support before completing checkout.
